FIRST SHIPMENT OF SEASON TO JUAREZ Lexington Ky October 24 Col W E Apple gate who lias changed his plans for winter racing will have Round the World The Hague and all other liorses now racing in the name of W G Yanke shipped to Juarez at the close of the Latonia meet ¬ ing The threeyearold Gilpy which has been run ¬ ning out at John D Carrs farm since September 1 eight yearlings that Will Overton has been breaking at the Kentucky Association track and two yearlings that W G Yauke has had with the stable at Louis vllle will be shipped to Juarez tomorrow in charge of William Walker and they will be joined there by Aragonese Burbur Soon and All Balance The lastnamed four have been in California all year and will be shipped this week from Oakland The Apple gate yearlings are as follows followsBay Bay filly by Woolsthorpe Volraa halfsister to Etheibert and dam of Louis Kraft Lady Goodrioh St Volma and Woolma by Volante VolanteBay Bay or brown colt by Yankee Femesole dam of Last Cherry by Sir Dixou DixouBay Bay colt by Marta Santa Lute dam of Planute and Marine by Watercress WatercressBay Bay filly by Cesarion Semper Cara dam of La Veita bv King Alfonso AlfonsoChestnut Chestnut colt by Ornament Pauline Derringer by Kingston KingstonBrown Brown colt by Orlando Precocious by Pirate of Penzance PenzanceBlack Black colt by Boanerges Richmond Hill dam of Thunder Hill by Esterling Bay fillj by Oddfellow Coraza dam of Critical by Meddler MeddlerBay Bay or brown colt brother to Donau by Wools ¬ thorpe Al Lone by Albert AlbertBay Bay filly sister to Soon by Cesarion One Mo ¬ ment by Pirate of Penzauce PenzauceThe The brother to Donau is the property of Mrs W G Yanke she having personally purchased him at the sales here in September The sister to Soon Is owned by Mr Yanke The Volma filly Colonel Applegate bred himself The others he bought at the sales He owns also a yearling colt by Orna ¬ ment out of Claret dam of Port Wine by Blue Eyes but the youngster developed a lameness a few dcys ago and will be turned out These youngsters have been entered in the stakes to be run at Juarez during January February and March though thiir training has not yet progressed to the point of a tryout
