NIBLICK WINS RACE AND WILL BE RETIRED. Tampa, Fla., February 0. The run-up of Gran-dissimo and the claiming -of Billy Bodemer in the third race enlivened proceedings here this afternoon. Grandissimo was bid up 05 over his entered price of 00, but was retained. Billy Bodeiner went to C. N. Freeman, who was represented in the race by Cull Holland. Previous to the running of the race B.
