NEW RULES FOR HAMILTON MEETING. Hamilton. Out., March 25. Secretary Loudon of the Hamilton Jockey Club announces that there will be a new stake for the program of the spring meeting. It will be called the Coronation Stakes, to be run on coronation day, June, 22, and will have ,000 added. This race will be for Canadian-owned horses aud Canadian owners will he further encouraged by the addition of C0 to the value of the Dominion Plate, while all of the old-established fixtures will be retained. No purse will be of less value than 00, and eight stakes will be run during the seven days of the meeting. The Hamilton Jockey Club will put in effect the decision of last year to employ its own valets for the riders. Another innovation will be the weighing-ont in the paddock of all but the first three horses. Tho jockeysof the placed horses will weigh out .at tho judges stand as usual.
