QUEBEC KINGS PLATE CANDIDATES. Montreal, One., July 8. — The annual contest for tbe Qin fee Kings Plate and tbe first running of tin- same for the guineas donated by King George V.. will be held at Blue Bonnets next fall. The executive committee of the Montreal Jockey Club has decided this year to increase the added money, making it ,200, Which is 00 more than last .ear. The following has been inserted in tbe conditions thai will be sent out for this years race: "That have never been out of this Province except between April 1 and November 1. and for not meie than four mouths during that period in any ae year, and a statutory declaration to that effect must accompany entry."
