BRITISH COLUMBIA RACING OVER. The British Columbia racing season ended witli the close of the British Columbia Thoroughbred Associations meeting at Vancouver on Saturday last. It was successful and popular and the introduction of tin- pari uitituel system made many new friends and supporters or racing, which is now thoroughly established in public favor in the coast province.
