GET VERDICT OF 5,000 DAMAGES. Lexington, Ky December 23. The jury in the case of Catcsby Woodford and John T. Ireland vs. The Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company rendered a verdict giving the plaintiffs judgment for 5,000. The suit was for 25,000 for thoroughbred yearlings killed and injured, three of the former and live of the latter, iu a burning car at Frankfort, in November, 1010. The aggregate of the average valuation fixed upon them by eight breeders and trainers was 2,000.
