GOSSIP FROM LOUISVILLE TRACKS. Louisville. Ky.. March 4.— The horsemen at th* local tracks are busily engaged in preparing their charges for the coming spring meetings in Kentucky. On favorable days now both tracks ar.- alive with thoroughbreds, while when the weather is un favorable, the sheds are used i,. advantage. Sevrral big strings are stabled at each course, and while they are mostly made up of juveniles, several veterans of the turf ar.- in tie- number. J.
