TREMENDOUS TRAFFIC AT DONCASTER During last September Meeting at Doncaster a census was taken of the traffic entering the town through the Ralby district which is the main road between Sheffield and Doucaster The figures have just been published in the annual report of the sur ¬ veyor to the Balby Council They show that dur ing race week no fewer than 1377 motor cars 347 motorcycles 2491 fourwheeled carriages 2 90 ° two wheeled traps 15273 cycles and 1758 carts ind wagons passed through the township Diirhi tin four raw days 20544 vehicles passed through ml during the six days of the week itself 25 S05 Tl i merely represents the influx front the Sheffield Ti I and does not take into account the enormous tr 11 h Road n onst particularly the great North
