NOTICE AS TO BUTTE CHART notice from its corre ¬ spondent at Butte Mont yesterday afternoon that H I Wilson manager for the ISutte Jockey Club had decreed that no form chart should go out from the track to the press carrying a report of the odds laid against the horses engaged in the racing because the publication of the odds in this and other newspapers was interfering with the profitable oper ¬ ation of the poolroom wire service from which tho track derives a revenue While it was stated that this would be only a temporary arrangement Dally Racing Form declines to submit to the inconvenience that it will entail and will not hereafter report the Bntte races by telegraph The chart of yesterdays racing will lx printed when the odds withheld yesterday are available
