WANT RACING AT CHARLESTON W L Nelson a prominent cattle dealer of Charleston S C was a visitor at tho Dufferln Park races at Toronto a day or two ago Ho stated that Capt Wagner president of the Charles ¬ ton Fair and Racing Association is already making preparations for a winter meeting in that city re ¬ gardless of the recent adverse legislation In my opinion there is no question but we will have racing again this winter as the majority of mer ¬ chants and prominent business men there are in favor of the sport Mr Nelson said
