JUAREZ TO RACE 100 DAYS New York September 12 At a meeting of the directors of the Jockey Club Juarez held here yesterday it was decided that the winter meeting of 191213 would open at Juarez on Thanksgiving day November 28 and continue for 100 racing days Stakes were decided upon to close for entries dur ¬ ing the autumn meeting at Churchill Downs Those present at the meeting were Colonel Matt J Winn of Louisville Ky J G Follansbee James Butler P J Dwyer and Price McKiiiney of Cleveland Ohio
