MEXICAN HORSE COMING TO KENTUCKY Louisville Ky September 10 The Mexican owneil Tecoac will not arrive at Churchill Downs to lill his engagement in the Kentucky Endurance Stakes until alter September 28 or a little more than a week before the big race is to be run Tecoac is to be shipped from Mexico City to first run in the United States at St Louis in the 3000 St Louis Cup which is to be a feature of the re ¬ vival of running races in Missouri during the week of the Tniversal Exposition The St Louis Cup will be run on Thursday September 20 Trainer Alex Mel viri reports that Tecoac is training in great form this fall and he expects Governor Guillermode de Landa Escandons fiveyearold son of Senipronius to make a good showing in the big fourmile race Tecoac has never raced except on turf courses but trainer Melvin thinks he will perform with credit on the dirt tracks in this country He holds the mile record in Mexico on a turf course 141 f which performance went to his credit at Mexico City last November
