PROBABLY NO STAKES AT LEXINGTON Lexington Ky July 29 There was no quorum of the Kentucky Association directors for the meet ¬ ing scheduled for this morning but Secretary G D Wilson hopes to get them together tomorrow morn Ing to decide whether or not stakes will be given during the forthcoming fall race meeting bere Secretary Wilson is of the opinion that all purs races would be more satisfactory Inasmuch as the amount that would have to bo added to stakes could be more widely distributed
