SALON finished gamely .Mid would have beaten EXECUTOR in another stride. CAPTAIN BURNS raced in close pursuit of the pacemakers all tlie way. SUPREME ran fairly well. VELSINI fenced well and showed tile most early -rpeed, but tired badly in the last quarter. BRONTE fenced well and finished close up.
