THIRTY LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS. The principal change produced by last weeks racing among the thirty leading American jockeys was the advancement of J. McTaggart to fourth place, in which position he probably, will finish the year. Buxton, the leader, piloted six winners during the week and now has a considerable lead.
