HOLDS INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE. Garv, Ind.. March S. Promoters of the ill-starred racing venture at Mineral Springs will have to pay a 7,000 lumber bill, according to a decision handed down yesterday by Judge Hanley in the Jasper County Circuit Court at Rensselaer. I he suit was brought bv the Manhattan Lumber Company of Chicago. The defendants pleaded that the Rac-in" Foundation of America, the treasury of which is empty, was responsible, but the court held for individual liability. A. F. Knotts, Timothy W. Euglehart. W. A. Caiu. Peter Crnmpacker and Johu A Gavit are among the Lake County defendants.
