GENEBAL NEWS NOTES OF THE DAY. From I ndon ■ dispatch of Monday said: French troops routed three divisions of Bulgarians on Saturday on the front of Gradek-Volandovo Rabrovo. in southeastern Serbia, according to a dispatch from Saloniki t tlie llavas News Agency.
