GETTING INTO FULL SWING AT JUAREZ. Brisk Racing1 with a Dead Heat Thrown In — Conning Tower in Form. Kl Paso, Tex.. November 2ti. — Naturally the crowd that visited Juarez this afternoon was small compared with the big holiday gathering of yesterday.
