MEETING ANNOUNCED FOR HOT SPRINGS. Hot Springs, Ark., January- B. — President GtH I Strauss if the Business Mens League announced lonight that arrangements ha l been made with Louis A. Cella. of St. Ixniis. principal owner of the Oaklawn race track, to hold a twenty -one days race meeting here immediately following the close of the big meeting now on in New Orleans. It is planned to conduct the meeting tinder the ! auspices of the Business Mens League and the horses that are running now in New Orleans will bo brought direct to this city. From present indications ; the lacing in Hot Springs -will open on St. Patricks day. The decision the league came to in regard to racing here was brought aliout by an almost unanimous demand on the part of the citizenship which tor the . last throe years has desired a meeting of this nature. . The announcement that plans are now under ■ way to gratify the desire has received wide approbation. .
