MALIK and BEAUMONT BELLE were sore when going to the post, but both ran well for three-quarters. The latter raced into the lead on the last turn, but was tiring at the th.ish. WAVERING set a fast early pace, but gave way in the stretch drive. CENTAURI finished close up. TAMERI.AM1 set the pace for a mile and quit. LOCHIEL ran much below his true form.
