* — * PERCENTAGE OF WINNING FAVORITES IN THE PAST TWO YEARS * — _ 4. Experience leaches that, year in and year oat, aliout forty lier cent, of favorites win. There is somei variation from this mark, something less one year and something more another, but massing a number of c ii-eeutive years will bring about the result named. In 1914 the l oroentage fell below the normal mark while in 1915 it was exactly attained. This does not include a number of minor tracks, but only Ihose of Importance in the public mind.
