This is J known in Baltimore circles as the Grand National. Another famous point-to-point race is the Maryland ; Handicap, which will be run later in the year at Glyndi a. Mil. Jockey M. Tigbe, who rode here in steeplechase races last year, has enlisted in the Inglish army. Little Mike Daly will train Blankenburg and other steeplechasers belonging to Archibald Rarklie this 1 year. Lewis Garth will have charge of the steeplo-cha-er.- - Bxton and Bonny Laddh . owned by Edward 1 R. McLean. Flank W. Sargeant. Jr.. has sold the jumper Big ; Sandy to B. Mortimer. Jr. He will be trained by John Hastings. John May berry will train all the horses to be raced on the flat belonging to M. L. and A. C. Schwartz. II. S.
