CURRENT NOTES OF THE TUBE. Foxhall 1*. Keenes horses probably will be shipped from Gravesesd to Kentucky in the near future. The horses of Kinil Ilcrz and L. J. Carey will be shipped from New Orleans to Bowie about March 24. Frank Began is well satisfied with the manner in Which the horses of the Cleveland Stable have vv inti red in his charge. He is contenting himself with the prospect of having his horses ready to ga lo the post at Jamaica, or possibly Helmoiit Dark. The advance guard of the horsemen from the New Orleans meeting has arrived at Bowie for the opening of the eastern racing season. April 1. Six carloads made up the first shipment, ami others will arrive daily. A cownte of hundred horses have been stabled at Denning during the winter and are in training. The contingent will begin to arrive in a few days. Max Hirseh will soon ship his stable from Grave-send to liinlico. where he will establish headi|iiart -eis and race al different points on the Maryland circuit. Thus far. the speedy bay colt Murphy appears to be the most forward in the Hirseh string, and in all probability he will be the first to represent his trainer on the Maryland circuit. Fair-weather is also well advanced. A. L. Asle has three horses at Cravesend. and they will remain there until the opening of the metropolitan racing season. Diehard 10. Watkins. who has raced a stable at New Orleans, and who went from there to Hot Springs, has two horses stabled at Gruvesend. These are Barnegat and Ninety Simplex. It is expected that they will remain at Gravesesd until the opening of the Jamaica meetinir. Frank M. Taylor will remain at Cravesend with the W. S. Kilmer horses until time to remove to Jamaica. He has only a pari of the Kilmer string at Cravesend. the others being still on Mr. Kilmers farm at Bingham ton. Trainer Taylor has b.-en expecting the arrival of Allumetir. the big hay five-year-old son of Meddler and Strike a -Light, which cost 88.000 at the Mackay sale, along with half a dozen others from the Kilmer farm, but bad weather delayed the shipping of the animals.
