AH Havre de Grace overnight entries for April 26 were declared off and new entries substituted. The transae-tion referred to was a draw. Enquirers. Buffalo and elsewhere. The entries for Havre de Grae-e racing of April M sent out overnight were all re-oiiened and new entries made. In such races bets on the basis of the overnight entries would be draws exe-ept in the case of the fourth race, the Relair Handicap, which being a stake- race was open to added starters anyway and therefore was not affected. Added starters cannot be niaile to purse- races, and a rae-c declared off anil re -opened is a new engagement. Wage-rs made with full knowledge-of the changes would stand.
