BEAUMONT FARM SALE CALLED OFF. Lexington. Ky.. May 12.— Hal Price Headley has called off the sale of the Beaumont Farm thoroughbred yearlings scheduled for June 0 at Diirlamis riding academy in New York, for the good reason that he has sold privately nine of the sixteen. The following seven were sold to A. K. Macomber. owner of Star Hawk and other good racers now being trained at Louisville by Walter Jennings: Chestnut colt, by Uncle — Plantess: bay colt, by Uncle — Xareo: chestnut colt, by Uncle — Genius: bay colt, by Uncle Princess Orna: chestnut till v. by Uncle— Lydia II.: chestnut filly, bv Hade— School Mistress: bay filly, by Uncle -Star Dreamer. Schuyler L. Parsons, of New York, liought the ha-- filly by Uncle — Dorval. and EL K. Knapp. of New York, bought a brown colt by Jack Atkin — Dentifrice. Among the remaining yearling* which will probably lie disposed of in the near future at private sale is a half brother to Bulse.
