The winner was at all times in the lead after taking the first few strides, raeed well in the going and won like a good one. Ireland and Shelley, who were the stewards at Juarez, and his application for reinstatement was denied. The case of E. T. Colton. who was suspended at Lexington, pending further investigation of the charges made against him by jockey Andress, will come up tomorrow before Captain Thomas J. Clay and William Shelley.
