TO ENJOIN SALE FOR RACE TRACK. Cincinnati, O., November 23. C. M. Vanlanding-liam and fourteen other persons residing in the vicinity of Kenton Infirmary, through Attorneys Applcgate and Mausou, have filed injunction proceedings against Kenton Fiscal Court, Kenton County Commissioners and M. H. McLean, seeking to enjoin the commissioners, through County Judge Read, from conveying by warranty deed to M. II. McLean thirty-one acres of land which forms part of the County Infirmary grounds. It is sought also to have the commissioners enjoined from permitting buildings erected on the grounds to be used for race track purposes. Complainants say they are citizens of Kenton County and allege the sale, of the property for race track purposes would cause irreparable harm to the institution and to the people of Kenton County. The suit follows closely a similar suit filed by the County Commissioners last Saturday in which an injunction was sought to prevent the conveyance of the property to M. II. McLean, who holds an option on the property and is demanding of the commissioners that the property lie conveyed to him. Hearing of the temporary injunction in the latter case is set in Circuit Court before Judge Harbeson, November 2S.
