1 . I FINE NEW ORLEANS OUTLOOK DESTINED TO ATTRACT THE BEST HORSES IN "WINTER TRAINING. Over Eight Hundred in Sight and Erection of New Stables Enforced in Order to Provide Quarters for Them. New Orleans, La., November 27. Owing to the continued filing of applications for stable room at the Fair Grounds for the mid-winter meeting, the Rusiness Mens Racing Association has found it necessary to let the contract for building an additional one hundred stalls. Already the total number of applications filed with manager Rennyson lias reached 784 and others are expected to increase this number to S00 at the close of the Rowie meeting. This will be 200 more than were stabled here last winter, and it seems the Fair Grounds meeting will be the favored one of the winter racing season, getting the pick of the best horses in winter training.
