THIRTY LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS. Since the last weekly report of the feats of the jockeys now riding was published, E. Pool added eight mounts to his already good score and thereby became the leader for the week. F. Robinson was not idle and, with six races won, advanced his total to an advantage of twenty-five races more than J. McTaggart had won prior to his retirement. Pool and F. Murphy are tied at 141 races won, but, with the latter in idleness. Pool will he third when the next report is published. H. Shilling now lacks but three races of reaching his century in winning mounts and should cross the line in the course of this weeks racing.
