TO BEGIN WORK ON JAMAICA STANDS. W. S. Heather Sends Six Entries to 1919 Coaching Club Oaks — Other New York Notes. New York. Feb. 14. — Work will lie commenced renovating the grandstand at the Jamaica track as soon as the weather |iennits. The old structure will be extended to the clubhouse, and thirty new boxes will bo arranged. The contract calls for the completion of the work iu time for Jamaicas first meeting in May. A. .Mil.
