Fred Gerbardy, who will act aa secretary at Basel Park. Hot Springs, was bajsy Tuesday afternoon assigning stall space to the owners at Oak-lawn who will race at that track. The big che-tuut -on of Colin. King Ilerod. of which great thlags were expected last summer, bat did not materialise owing mainly to bucked shin-, is -aid to have wintered exceptionally well at Charleston and is expected to show his true form a* a tkicc-ycar-olil.
