KAY SPENCE THINKS WELL OF TIJUANA. Kay Spenee will race a pretentious string of horses at Tijuana next year, according to re-ports from that far westers track. Spenee intends to return to Kentucky shortly to get ready for the-spring meeting at Lexington. He has had e-iieourag-ing reports concerning the horses he wintered at Lexington, which numlxTs fifteen head, including the old-time crack Hedge, Money Maker. Wilhite. High Gear and a couple of other three-year-olds and four promising two-year olds. Two of these are- by Ivan the Terrible, one- is a Cunarel and the othe-r a Dick Welles. He wants to gel back to Kentucky at an e-arly date- to supervise tin- work of putting the finishing touches on the big string which he will campaign this season, but says he will be on hand for the opening of the next winter meeting at Ti juana.
