MANY WILL BE UNWELCOME AT TIJUANA. San Diego, Cal.. April 3. — After an investigation that lasted four days, and finally resulted in a conference that ran into the night, President Cof-froth aad his stewards have come to the conclusion that there was not enough evidence to convict any one person or i»ersons in the now notorious sponge case. However, the investigation did enlighten Coffroth on many matters and, as a result, at least twenty-five horsemen and as many jockeys will be denied the privileges of the track during the next meeting. Some have been warned to this extent already, while a notice to all horsemen and jockeys has notified them that their presence will be determined before the next meeting after a telegraphic application had been made. In this way many will be saved the long trip to the coasi.
