JUDGE MURPHY IN NEW ORLEANS. Naw Orleans. La.. May 3. —Joseph A. Murphy, who has been presiding judge at the Fair Cioiinds race meetings the paat three winters, has returned to New Orleans to testify in the trial of the Business Mens Racing Association. Mr. Murphy presided at the recent Bowie meeting, which he says was a brilliant success.
