RACE TO TEST LOCKE LAW. New Orlenns. Ea., May IS. — Anthony Rouprich anu Leo A Marrero today announced that they would conduct a race meeting at Suburban Park, the balf- j mile track in McDonoghville, tomorrow so that a real test of the Locke law can be made. The backers of the proposed track in Jefferson Parish do not know how they stand because the Business Mens Racing Association directors were declared guilty yesterday of violating the Locke .law. Tomorrow different forms of betting will be tried ajid arrests will be made. It has been agreed between the defendants and the district attorney that statements of facts will only be made and that following judgment, an immediate appeal will be taken to the Supreme Court. There are four run-ning and two trotting races on the curd for tomorrow.
