The license of Thomas McTaggart was suspended for an iufrai tion of rule SIS, which forbids a jockey letting on a horse only through the owner or trainer of said horse. The following jockey agents were refused permission to make cngagi im-nts for riders as their agents: M. F. Sheedy. Dan McTaggart and G. K. Phillips.
