ARCHIBALD RIDES IN GERMANY TODAY. Berlin, June 2. — George Archibald, the American jockey, whose license has been revoked, has been given a siiecial permit to ride Baron von Oppen-heims Dolman in the race for the Grand Prix of Hamburg on Sunday. Archibald was the only available rider able to make the weight and will handle the entry and the fact that he will ride has made Dolman a strong favorite.
