BLUE GRASS FAIR RACING FEATURES. Lexingtou, Ky., July 31. James I. Ross, racing secretary, today announced the program for the first three of the six days of the Blue Grass Fair next week. There will be three races daily. The feature of the meeting will be the Blue Grass Handicap, 8500, three-year-olds and over, nt a mile and a sixteenth, entries to close next Tuesday and weights and acceptances Wednesday. Thirteen yearlings belonging to Thomas C. McDowell and seven, the property of Charles W. Moore, were shipped from here this morning to 1 Saratoga, where they are to be sold west wceK.
