NEW FEMININE OWNER IN RACING. When Phil T. Chinn paid ,000 for the bay filly by Cunard Skyo, by Goldcrest, in the Lucas B. Combs consignment at the recent New York sale, lie Was acting for Mrs. Jaines W. Decker of New York, who thus made her initial purchase of thoroughbreds. Mrs. Decker was formerly Miss Lillian Andrews of Cleveland, a sister of Mrs. Paul Ilainey. and has long been prominently identified with sports and charities of various kinds. She is an enthusiastic worker in Bed Cross circles and has contributed 0,000 annually towards the maintenance of a base hospital in France since war was declared. Mrs. Decker expects to race this filly and sent her back to Kentucky in charge of Lucas Comlis, whose family niiil her family have long been friends and wlio will look after the details of traiiiiiig for her.
