Won easily; second and third driving. COBALT LASS, pillowing the most speed and away forwardly, moved into a long lead at once and easily held sway for the entire race. ONWARD, forced to race wide and hard ridden, closed an immense gap in the stretch and finished fastest of all. EDITH L. was allowed to run all over the track and tired near the end. Won driving; second and third the same. LITTLE BIGGER suffered from much interference and was forced to come wide into the stretch, but tinished gamely and got up to win in the last stride. J. C. WELCH siiowed high speed in paeemaking, but tired fast after rounding into the stretch. SENATOR JAMES raced forwardly throughout and held on well in the closing drive. LUKEMAE began slowly and was always outrun, tiring badly after going three-quarters. STONEHENGE quit in the last quarter. Overweights Lukemae,, 1 pound; Stonelienge. 4; Louise May, 3.
