THOMAS CLYDES YOUNG HORSES Baltimore. Md.. March 31. — Thomas Clyde ex-l ects to lie more creditably represented on eastern tracks this year than he has been at any time since Bryn Mawr and Short hose were in their prime. Mr. Clydes youngsters are all home-bred and the liest "of them, probably, is Farrell. a son of Bryn Mawr — Toast Rack. Farrell is a youngster of splendid size, uniform muscular development and abundant lione. He is as big now as a three-year-old and he has done a quarter over the deep Bowie track in 24 seconds. Weston, a brown colt by Dal-housie--Handsome Nan. can run about as fast as Farrell. His quarter at Bowie the other day was turned in 24/5- He is thick through the "body sturdily underpinned and smooth gaited. There is no colt anywhere quicker at the starting gate and nothing in the Clyde stable manages weight more easily. Reynolds, a bay colt by Bryn Mawr — Miss Camden, is a fetching individual. He has bone and substance and Weston has an idea that he will go farther than anything else in the barn. Dunedin. a chestnut son of Bryn Mawr — Dance Spirit: Poult-ney, a bay son of Bryu Mawr — Galgris; Mahoney, a bay son of Beach Sand — Fancy Dress, and We-woka. a bay daughter of Bryn Mawr — Murilla. are the other Clyde two-year-olds. The three-year-olds Boy.it and Onward are horses of fair promise, but hardly Preakness possibilities. ■ *
