THE CARMET lost his rider at the thirteenth jump. MARCH COIRT at the twelfth. FAKER at the third, GLOCCESTEB was pulled up at the eleventh and SHORT BALLOT fell at the third. The latter raced in closest pursuit all the way and finished fast. WATER LADY suueeaed through next to the inside rail into a fast going third. STARTLING finished fast and close lip. CUDGEL began slowly and the race should improve him. PHILIPPIC was shut off at the start and was pulled up. Scratched 112.
