— m CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF The time of race 3S433 was incorrectly telegraphed and printed as 1:03%. which would have been a new track record for the five and a half furlongs straight distance, whereas the time really was 1:04%. Clarence II. Mackay. the well known turfman and breeder of thoroughbred horses, has offered his magnificent country home, Harbor Hill. Long Island, comprising 600 acres of land, for the use of the American Red Cross. G. M. Hendries Rancher worked a mile and an eighth in 1:54 at Douglas Park yesterday morning in preparation for his engagement in the Kentucky Haudicap Saturday. Rancher is in prime condition and should be a prominent contender for the rich prize. * .
