NEW YORKS ANGLING LICENSE New York October 28 The fall blackbass fish ¬ ing attracts anglers from neighboring states The last legislature made changes in the nonresident angling license law For the information of resi ¬ dents of other states angling in New York State waters the following summary of the law is pub ¬ lished lishedNo No person except a bona fide resident of this state for at least thirty days immediately prior to such taking shall take any fish by angling in any of the fresh waters under the jurisdiction of tin State of New York or shall engage in fishing in such waters without first having procured a license so to do of Iff years may take fish by angling without ob ¬ taining such a license and further provided that if a resident of this state may lawfully take fish in such part of the international boundary waters bordering upon the State of New York as are not within jurisdiction of the said state without being required to obtain a fishing license from the coun ¬ try having jurisdiction over the said waters then a resident of said country may take fish in such part of said international boundary waters as are within the jurisdiction of the Stato of New York without obtaining a nonresident fishing license provided for herein hereinTho Tho license fee is 20 Licenses may be pro ¬ cured from any county city or town clerk
