IN MEMORY OF J. H. LEWIS FATHER NEW YORK, N. Y., February 6.-J. Howard Lewis, who trains the steeplechase horses of J; K WIdener, gave a dinner at tlie Rose Tree Fox Hunting Club at Media, Pa., on Monday last to commemorate the anniversary of the one hundred, and third birthday of his father; -who died seven y ears ago at the age of ninety-six. Mr. Lewis senior was the first president of the Rose Tree Fox Hunting Club, the oldest hunting organization in tills country, established sixty years ago, and up to within a few years of his death was an active member, frequently riding to hounds. Tlie National Steeplechase and nunt Association held a meeting today for the purpose of granting licenses and general routine business. -
