ARMY . OFFICERS "RACE WEDNESDAY NEW ORLEANS, La., February 23. Considerable interest is being manifested in the return race for army officers to be held at the Fair Grounds nexfc Wednesday. The Camp Shelby team is confident of again beating the officers from Camp Beauregard. The officers from Camp Shelby, who will sign in have mounts, arc Lieut. Runnels, Lieut. White, Lieut. Smith, Lieut. ODonnell and Lieut. Foody. They will be accompanied here by a number of distinguished military officers.
