CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF The Futurity will probably be run at Belmont Park ou Saturday, September 6, this year. M. L. Schwartz Jumpers Archdale, Crest Hill and Traditioner are wintering well at Belmont Park and will be prepared for cross-country events at the hunt club meetings, as well as the steeplechase events over the big metropolitan courses. The speedy filly Enfilade, the only flat racer in the M. L. Schwartz stable at Belmont Park, looks the picture of health after several months of idleness, and appears ready to be taken up right now, according to reports from the big Long Island track. Tippity Witchet. the sensational two-year-old of 1917. is now known as the horse which has never grown up. He is scarcely more than a pony In size, but what there is of him Is nil horse and Preston Burch, his trainer, is counting oil the little fellow to show return to his 1917 form in this years racing.
