1 j ! . i TRANSFER LEXINGTON TRACK TODAY LEXINGTON. Ky., March 13. Tim formal transfer of the Kentucky Association race course to the Kentucky Jockey Club is to be made tomorrow. Heiming ChamlnTS. of Louisville, will pay over to Messrs. It. L. Baker, It L. Northcutt and Sewell S. Combs. liquidating committee, the sum of 75,-000, which will be distributed to stockholders at the rate of 25 per share. A deed of assignment of all proiierty will be made by vice-president Cntesby Woodford for the Kentucky Association to the Kentucky Jockey Club and put to record here.
