Sims from William Garth for 0,000, is coming from Charlottesville, Va., tomorrow to Lexington to stand at Thomas PiattM farm, his fee having been fixed at 00. With him will come four mares from the Garth establishment to be mated with him. The Rock Sand mare Sircinglo, owned by Carr and Piatt, today foaled u bay filly by Fair Play.
