M J WINN TAKES OVER LATONIA TRACK CINCINNATI O March 19 Colonel Matt J Winn vicepresident and general manager of the Kentucky Jockev Club arrived in Cincinnati Tues ¬ day and formally took possession of Latoma in the inline of the new owners He was met by President Harvey Myers ami general manager John Hachmcister who took him to the track and turned over the properties propertiesColonel Colonel Winn expects to go on east in a day or so and will then return and take up his duties incident to the opening of the spring rac ¬ ing season seasonHarry Harry Breivogel came on from the east and met Mr Winn here ami will be the second in command at Latonla Breivogel is well known here having worked at Latonia only a few years back and was u newspaper raaii prior to that time
